I am a pastoral counseling Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) plus wellness clinician multiply certified as a Wellness Coach, Life Coach, Career Coach, Pharmacy Technician, Fitness Instructor, Herbal Complementary Medicine Instructor, and Health Education Specialist.
In addition, I have unique experience pastoral counseling Religious Sisters & Priests/Brothers/Seminarians in Catholic retreat settings as well as reversing burnout in health care workers.
I completed my Doctor of Behavioral Health with a special focus on psychologically healthy lifestyle and wellness but also with formative coursework in clinical executive leadership --to aid my work coaching company executives and other leaders: Each of my Certifications have previously been recognized for practice in all 50 states as well as Mexico and the United Kingdom/UK.
